NMFS Seeks Public Comment on Permit Application for Anadromous Fish

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on a permit application from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for incidental take of anadromous fish under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA). The proposed permit has a 5-year duration and is subject to a draft environmental assessment (EA).
