DOE Proposes to Repeal Alternative Fuel Transportation Program for Private and Local Government Fleets

The Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to repeal a regulatory requirement for private and local government fleets to acquire alternative fueled vehicles, citing that the recently modified Energy Policy Act of 1992 Replacement Fuel Goal can be achieved without it.
