US EPA Enters into Six Settlements for Reimbursement of Past Response Costs at Davis Refining Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency has agreed to reimburse past response costs for the Davis Refining Superfund Site in Tallahassee, Florida, through six settlements with companies including Middlebrooks Relocation Systems, Inc., and Thelma Thompson, following the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) regulations.
