EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, in order to delegate federal air toxics programs to state, territorial, local, and tribal agencies.
