National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Public Meetings

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods will hold public meetings on September 24-28, 2007, to discuss key food safety topics, including the importance of Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis and the development of new technologies for the Food Safety and Inspection Service.
