FTC Requests OMB Extension of Antitrust Improvements Act Rules Information Collection

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking a three-year extension of the current clearance for information collection requirements under the Antitrust Improvements Act Rules, which expire on December 31, 2019, and will require notification and report forms for certain mergers and acquisitions.
