Colorado River Tribe Amends Health and Safety Code to Regulate Liquor Possession and Sale

The Colorado River Tribe has published an amendment to its Health and Safety Code, Article 2, Liquor, to increase control over liquor distribution and possession within its Reservation, generating a new source of revenue for the tribal government.
