EPA Agrees to Respond to Lawsuit Over Wisconsin Power Plant Permit

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club over a proposed permit for the Weston Generating Station in Wisconsin, with a deadline of December 19, 2007, in exchange for the plaintiff dropping its lawsuit with prejudice and receiving a settlement for attorneys' fees.
