FAA Publishes New Order 2150.3B: Compliance and Enforcement Program

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released a new order outlining its policies and procedures for addressing noncompliance with FAA regulations, including education, corrective action, and legal enforcement action, and withdrawing a previous policy on false statements on airman medical certificates.
