EPA Agrees to Settle Lawsuit Over Ozone Standards in Denver Area

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with Rocky Mountain Clean Air Action (RMCAA) to address a lawsuit filed over the delayed implementation of ozone standards in the Denver area, as required by the Clean Air Act.
