Federal Government Requests Comments on Uniform Grant Application Package for Non-Entitlement Discretionary Grants

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is seeking public comment on a proposed uniform grant application package for non-entitlement discretionary grants, which will be used to evaluate and rank applicants and protect the integrity of the grantee selection process.
