2008 Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Quota Specifications and Effort Controls

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) proposes 2008 fishing year specifications for the Atlantic bluefin tuna fishery to set quotas and controls for domestic fishing categories, following ICCAT recommendations and the Magnuson-Stevens Act. Public hearings will be held in October 2007 to receive comments on the proposed actions.
