DOE to Host Pre-Solicitation Meeting for Hydrogen Storage Engineering Center of Excellence

The Department of Energy will hold a pre-solicitation meeting on October 15, 2007, in San Antonio, Texas, to gather public comments on a planned Hydrogen Storage Engineering Center of Excellence. The meeting will be webcast and questions can be submitted via email or in person.
