Emerald Ash Borer Quarantined in Maryland, Additional Restrictions Imposed

The US government has finalized a rule adding Prince George's County, Maryland, to the list of areas quarantined due to the emerald ash borer, restricting the interstate movement of regulated articles from the county to prevent the artificial spread of the pest.
