Temporary Closure of BNSF Railway Swing Bridge in Louisiana for Maintenance Repairs

The US Coast Guard has temporarily allowed the BNSF Railway Company to close its swing bridge across the Charenton Drainage and Navigation Canal in Louisiana for 5 days to perform necessary maintenance repairs, with limited navigation access during the day.
