Boeing Proposes Special Conditions for 787-8 Airplane with Novel Electrical Systems

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing special conditions for the Boeing Model 787-8 airplane, which will feature numerous electrically operated systems that require additional safety standards to ensure safe flight and landing.
