Notice of Government Owned Invention Available for Licensing

The U.S. Government, represented by the Department of Commerce, is making available for licensing an invention owned in whole, with the goal of expediting commercialization of federally funded research and development through the licensing process outlined in 35 U.S.C. 207 and 37 CFR Part 404.
