BLM Closes Public Lands for National Public Lands Day Volunteer Clean-up

The Bureau of Land Management will temporarily close approximately 6,000 acres of public lands in Arizona to recreational shooting and other potentially unsafe activities on October 20, 2007, to support a volunteer clean-up project sponsored by the BLM in conjunction with National Public Lands Day.
