Mecoprop-p Reregistration Eligibility Decision

This notice announces the availability of EPA's Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) for the pesticide mecoprop-p (MCPP-p). The Agency's risk assessments and other related documents also are available in the MCPP-p Docket. MCPP-p is an herbicide used to manage broadleaf weeds in residential lawns, sod farms, golf courses, and non- cultivated agricultural land. EPA has reviewed MCPP-p through the public participation process that the Agency uses to involve the public in developing pesticide reregistration decisions. Through these programs, EPA is ensuring that all pesticides meet current health and safety standards.
