FMCSA Withdraws Driver Record of Duty Status SNPRM, Plans New NPRM

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has withdrawn its 2004 proposal requiring the collection and use of documents to verify driver records of duty status, and plans to issue a new notice of proposed rulemaking at a later date.
