Caltrans to Operate Rio Vista Drawbridge with Reduced Notice Period

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has been granted a temporary deviation to perform required maintenance on the Rio Vista Drawbridge, allowing for a 4-hour notice period for nighttime openings, effective immediately.
