Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Proposed Security Zone in Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai

The U.S. Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for its proposed rulemaking to establish a security zone in Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai, to protect vessels and facilities from obstructers who have hindered the safe passage of the Hawaii Superferry.
