Bureau of Indian Affairs to File Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Coal Bed Natural Gas and Conventional Gas Development on Wind River Indian Reservation

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, in partnership with the Joint Business Council of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes, the Bureau of Land Management, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, plans to release a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed coal bed natural gas and conventional gas development project on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming, with a public hearing to gather comments.
