DOE Finds No Significant Impact from Energy Conservation Program for Commercial Equipment

The US Department of Energy has determined that implementing energy efficiency standards for commercial equipment, including distribution transformers, will not have a significant impact on the environment, thus avoiding the need for a formal environmental impact assessment.
