Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier Model DHC-8-400 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive for Bombardier Model DHC-8-400 Series airplanes to address an unsafe condition identified by the aviation authority of another country, resulting from mandatory continuing airworthiness information.
