EPA Seeks Renewal of Cross-Media Electronic Reporting and Recordkeeping Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on the renewal of its Cross-Media Electronic Reporting and Recordkeeping Rule, which is set to expire on March 31, 2024, and must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) before it can be reinstated.
