Purified Carboxymethylcellulose from the Netherlands: Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has partially rescinded an administrative review of antidumping duties on purified carboxymethylcellulose from the Netherlands, following a request from Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals B.V. and a withdrawal of the request by Aqualon Company.
