National Park Service Proposes Temporary Rule to Protect Endangered Western Snowy Plover

The National Park Service is proposing a temporary rule to protect the Western Snowy Plover, a threatened species, at two areas within Golden Gate National Recreation Area until a permanent plan is developed.
