Department of Commerce Proposes New System of Records for Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Program

The Department of Commerce has proposed a new system of records to collect information from individuals for the Digital-to-Analog Converter Box program, in accordance with the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 and NTIA regulations.
