Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. Requests Pesticide Tolerance for Acetamiprid

Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. has submitted a request to the U.S. government for a tolerance allowing residues of the pesticide acetamiprid on various fruits and vegetables, including almonds, pistachios, and cucurbits, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
