John Hancock Life Insurance Company, et al. Seek Exemption for In-Kind Purchases

The John Hancock Life Insurance Company, along with other applicants, has submitted a request to the Commission for an exemption to allow in-kind purchases in connection with a substitution, effective August 6, 2007, with a hearing scheduled to take place unless the Commission orders otherwise.
