PBGC Amends Rule on Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans for 2008

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has updated its regulation to reflect the maximum guaranteeable pension benefit for 2008, which increases annually based on changes in the Social Security Act.
