Delaware River Basin Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Flexible Flow Management Program for New York City Reservoirs

The Delaware River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to its Water Code and Comprehensive Plan to implement a Flexible Flow Management Program for the New York City Delaware River Basin reservoirs, in line with an agreement from 2007 among Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the City of New York.
