EPA Extends Temporary Exemption for Bacillus Thuringiensis Vip3Aa20 Protein in Corn

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Bacillus thuringiensis Vip3Aa20 protein in corn, allowing Syngenta Seeds, Inc. to continue using the protein as a plant-incorporated protectant without establishing a maximum permissible level.
