EPA Proposes Revisions to Georgia State Implementation Plan for Enhanced Inspection and Maintenance

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Georgia's state implementation plan, which includes modifications to rules governing Enhanced Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) for vehicles in serious nonattainment areas, as required by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
