Rhode Island Seeks EPA Approval for Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The State of Rhode Island has submitted a proposal to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste management program, which EPA has determined meets all necessary requirements and will grant final authorization through an immediate final action.
