US Coast Guard Temporarily Relaxes Spuyten Duyvil Bridge Regulations for Maintenance

The US Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed the regulations governing the Spuyten Duyvil Bridge across the Harlem River in New York City, allowing vessel traffic to pass under the bridge without opening it during certain hours, from January 10, 2008, through April 14, 2008, to facilitate scheduled maintenance.
