IRS Issues Correction to Temporary Regulations for Tax-Exempt Entities

The IRS has corrected temporary regulations (TD 9366) that were published in the Federal Register on November 15, 2007, regarding the submission of annual electronic notices by tax-exempt organizations not required to file an annual information return.
