Clethodim Pesticide Tolerances Established by U.S. Government

The U.S. government has established pesticide tolerances for clethodim, a herbicide used on corn crops, allowing for residues of the chemical to remain on certain corn products. Valent U.S.A. Corporation submitted the request for these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
