U.S. Department of Education/Federal Student Aid Proposes Performance-Based Pay System Demonstration Project

The U.S. Department of Education/Federal Student Aid and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) are proposing a demonstration project to test a performance-based pay system within open pay ranges linked to the General Schedule pay structure, in accordance with Chapter 47 of the United States Code.
