HUD Revokes Authority for Civil Rights Program Requirements, Redelегates to FHEO Staff and Senior Officials

The Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) has revoked all prior redelegations of authority regarding civil rights related program requirements of HUD programs, and is now redelegating this authority to FHEO staff and senior officials, with some exceptions.
