Manual for Courts-Martial; Proposed Amendments

The Joint Service Committee (JSC) is forwarding proposed amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM) to the Department of Defense, as required by the 2007 annual review. The proposed changes concern the rules of procedure and evidence in trials by courts-martial.
