International Securities Exchange LLC Receives Approval for Corporate Transaction with Eurex Frankfurt AG

The International Securities Exchange LLC has received approval from regulatory bodies to undergo a corporate transaction, where its parent company, International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc., will become a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Eurex Frankfurt AG.
