Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Model A330 and A340 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Model A330 and A340 airplanes to address an unsafe condition identified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
