EPA Approves Michigan's Revised Clean Air Interstate Rule Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has conditionally approved a revision to Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and its Federal Implementation Plan (CAIR FIP) concerning sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions, effective as of April 28, 2006.
