Comment Request for Review of Revised Information Collection: Application for Deferred or Postponed Retirement for Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS)

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection, Application for Deferred or Postponed Retirement: Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), which is used by separated federal employees to apply for a delayed or postponed retirement benefit. The OPM estimates that approximately 1,693 forms are completed annually, taking around 60 minutes to complete, and requests public comment on the proposal.
