FAA Withdraws Proposed Rule for BAE Systems Jetstream Model 4101 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have required BAE Systems (Operations) Limited (Jetstream) Model 4101 airplanes to be equipped with special operating limitations and placards due to reduced propeller efficiency, following the issuance of a new NPRM addressing the same issue.
