Grassland Bypass Project Extension in Merced and Fresno Counties, CA, to Address Environmental Concerns

The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority are preparing a joint Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report to evaluate the effects of extending the Grassland Bypass Project until December 31, 2019, in order to address environmental concerns related to selenium loads and water quality objectives.
