EPA Modifies Pesticide Tolerance for Glufosinate-ammonium and Its Metabolites

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has modified the pesticide tolerance for glufosinate-ammonium and its metabolites, allowing for the presence of these residues on raw agricultural commodities. Bayer CropScience LLC submitted the request under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
