HUD Relocates Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Regulations to Simplify Governmentwide Guidance

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has relocated its regulations governing nonprocurement debarment and suspension to a new part in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), aligning with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance on the topic, as part of a governmentwide initiative to centralize access to grant and agreement regulations.
